Q:How does web based accounting software (or cloud software) benefit my business?
A: There are quite a few advantages. Firstly it is always up to date. Secondly you and your accountant can work on it from different locations (some like to call this virtual accountancy). Thirdly you do not have to do backups yourself.
On the negative side: You will print more then you normally would and if your ISP is down, well…… I think personally that is absolutely great for SME’s. Talk to your accountant about it, he or she will be able to advice you in your particular circumstances.
